- Heat a pan add capsicum, onion slices & chopped green chillies to it, fry them for a while. Now add crushed garlic to it. Fry them all until it becomes tender..
- Now add paneer cubes to it. Fry it for a while. Now in a bowl add all the sauces including white vinegar, give it a mix. Now add it into the kadai. Saute it for a while..
- Now in the same bowl add half a cup of water & add cornflour powder to it. Mix it well so that there are no lumps. Add this mixture into the pan. Now add a tbsp of Ching's paneer chilli masala to it, add half cup of water to it. Now add salt & sugar according to your taste.
